final days of summer

soooo i leave to go back to school soon. just a couple days. still seems like i have oodles to do, mostly just the huge mountain of packing. i hate packing. but alas, it seems to be my way of life :) i'm not sure what i hate more - the packing itself or the people always asking me when i'm going to pack (since i tend to procrastinate...). hmmm.

the dvd player on my computer is not working. it quit working halfway through the summer. i need to call dell and have them send me a replacement part before the warrenty is up (which i think is at least not till january). i think i might wait till i get back to school since i'm not sure of my mailing address yet...

still have to finish reading "spiritual discipleship" and write a 2-3 page paper on it TODAY. this must happen today. and this is why you see me here doing this right now instead of off reading somewhere. yeah. zero motivation. i hear my mother's voice saying "oh just think how good you'll feel when you get it all done! you'll finally be done with summer school!" yeah that doesn't motivate me either ;)

last sunday yesterday. not nearly as emotional as it was last year (thankyouGod!), but still i still hate "lasts" in general. got to see nate again too! wasn't expecting that. then said goodbye to almost everyone at the college group pool party thing last night. i think it was easier for me than it was for some of them...especially since i told them i wouldn't be around much for the next year...sad. but it was nice to know i'm loved :)
