DAY 24: LOVE
Love is hard for me. I'm one of those people who are all scared of hurt and loss (I've experienced both) and find attachment scary/difficult. After pondering what to post I finally decided to share a few pics that I love and the reasons I love them.
First worship arts conference - 2007. I love that Richie is wearing girl pants (pre-skinny jeans era) with a white studded belt. I love that he's refusing to smile nicely. I love that Aaron looks a little caught off guard. I love that Dawn was there - this trip was the start of a season in which our friendship really blossomed. I love that we're standing in front of a waterfall inside a church.
Post songwriters show - 2013. We had finished cleaning up and Dave and Vinnie and Richie were playing basketball? Can't remember exactly. I love the facial expressions here. Guys just being goofy.
Saying goodbye before he moved to Tennessee. I miss him lots.
UP trip - 2011. Camping selfie with TravelBuddy. We were cold and the sun hadn't even set yet...
College graduation - 2010 - with Jared. A very special friendship I will cherish forever.
