friday

today is friday.

i don't have class on friday. it's kinda nice. cuz it's like a 3-day weekend every weekend. but right now i have this feeling like "where did my week go? it's the weekend again already?!?" hmmm.

today's plans involve convo (yeah the only stinky thing about no class on friday is that i can't sleep in - have to be at convo at 10), lunch with a bunch of friends, homework/practicing all afternoon (yes i am going to be productive and not distracted!!!), and then an evening with myfriendchristopher (aka topher) finishing all the plans for the mall scavenger hunt tomorrow. might possibly go see a late movie with him and jonathan (aka jonny bravo).

my knee is feeling better. still very sore, but it's all scabbed over and stuff so i guess that's good.

i'm supposed to be taking a class called WRSP 390 this semester - my junior recital. my voice teacher put me under the impression that i did not have to do anything to register for this class - that i would just wait until the start of the semester and he would take care of it. wrong! because of the miscommunication i never registered for it and it is now passed the add/drop deadline. this isn't something i can just take later either - i neeeed to take it this semester. so i had to file this petition thing to get the registrar to let me take the class. and now i'm waiting for them to approve it and sign me into it so that i can start the work for the class (which has already begun) that i can't start until i'm registered. grrr. the registrar said 2 days...and that was on tuesday.

stayed up too late catching up on idol last night. i find the old episodes from these obscure japanese websites and last night i had 2 to watch. they were taking forever to load so i kept going back and forth between the 2 and it took forever. oh well. i have notes and hopefully soon they'll be up on the blog. i really want to get some schoolwork done today so might not be till tomorrow (i have to prioritize. sry!).

four days ago (monday) it was over 60 degrees in the middle of the day, but by the evening it was snowing and our early classes on tuesday morning were cancelled due to "inclement weather". haha. it's been super cold since then and the snow didn't even melt, but today it's supposed to be a high of 50 and then over 60 this weekend! and i thought michigan weather was crazy...! not gonna lie i loooove the warm weather. topher's car has a sunroof and it makes me happy.

speaking of cars! i had a dream that i had to get rid of my car. my little green car! it was sooo sad. i had to trade it in for some suv thing. however the perk was that the suv was in that really cute blue color that i like. it didn't drive very well i remember that. it was just all around sad becuase i have become really attached to my green car and i know that there is a day not far off when i'll have to give it back to ford. saaaad. we've traveled a lot of miles together :(
