my to-do list for today:

- vacuum bedroom
- address the heap of paper on my desk
- continue transferring phone numbers to my new phone
- begin prepping Christmas music for piano students
- send some emails
- investigate a new health insurance plan - need to apply next month to have it start jan 1st 
- purchase rewards for piano students who have met their point goal

also - the new hillsong chapel album came out today - essentially acoustic/simplified arrangements of favorite hillsong songs. love.

also - here is the updated to-do list in prep for my record release:

- schedule band rehearsals - need sound bass person first
- recruit sound person for release show/rehearsals - asked 2 people and they have conflicts. still thinking...
- recruit bass player for release show/rehearsals
- recruit point person for Ross' info table
- print promo posters for release show and distribute - waiting for final artwork
- launch FB event for release show - waiting for video to be edited
- prepare song stories for release show - started, not finished
- recruit decoration/setup team for release show
- get lights from ed
- figure out how to hang lights - you have to use fishing line. need to check if we have some - if not, buy it
- find an outfit for release show
- recruit photographer/videographer for release show <<- register to sell record online - waiting for correctly formatted audio waiting for processing
- create/launch website - pretty much done - need to figure out some coding stuff, done. need to wait 48 hrs for it to refresh
- register as a writer and publisher with ASCAP - waiting for approval
- submit record for copyright - waiting for approval
- send out kickstarter rewards - waiting for correctly formatted audio, waiting for backers' surveys to come back
- write thank you notes to kickstarter contributers - working on it
- buy mailers for kickstarter rewards
