the list is dwindling down. hopefully a lot of this will be wrapped up this weekend.

- schedule band rehearsals 
- recruit point person for Ross' info table
- obtain/make donations basket for Ross' info table
- go to bank and get change for cd sales
- print promo posters for release show and distribute 
- prepare song stories for release show - started, not finished
- recruit decoration/setup team for release show - asked people, waiting for responses
- determine something creative to do for the stage background for release show need to buy streamers
- figure out how to hang lights - need to buy fishing line
- find an outfit for release show
- submit record for copyright - waiting for approval
- send out kickstarter rewards - digital and physical - need to mail/hand deliver physical still have a few stragglers left over - i'm trying to save $ by mailing as few as possible
- write thank you notes to kickstarter contributers - working on it
- buy mailers for kickstarter rewards
- copy sheet music for band
